Greetings!
I'm excited to finally share my work as an artist with you all. I'm thrilled to present my first diorama created from scratch as part of the Environment Art: Design A 3D Garden Feature program with Anya Elvidge at Intogames.
My main goal with this project was to learn and apply the environment creation pipeline for video games. Starting with a beetle, a water fountain, and Egyptian architecture, I built a narrative universe that would allow me to create a small scene that could fit into any interactive experience 🙂.
All the 2D/3D art in the project is my own work. I designed the concept art in Photoshop, modeled, retopologized, and UV wrapped in Blender, sculpted all the assets in Zbrush, hand-painted the textures in Substance Painter, and assembled the final scene in Unreal Engine 5, where I created the lighting, shaders, and VFX from scratch.
Special thanks to Paola Chaparro for her constant feedback throughout the project.
